SPS Commerce has acquired electronic communication automation firm The Order Exchange.
The Minneapolis-based retail supply chain cloud services company said Tuesday the acquisition would grant access to more than 115,000 trading partners, integration with over 100 applications and greater ability to connect with supply chain partners.
The companies didn’t disclose the fee or terms of the transaction.
