Valens Pay Global Files for IPO

Valens Pay Global has filed for an initial public offering, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

The fintech company said Friday it is offering 1 million ordinary shares at an estimated price of $5 to $6 a share to expand the business development, support and compliance departments, among other purposes.

The company intends to apply for listing the ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol VAPA.
