DMK Pharmaceuticals Corp. named Seth Cohen as its next chief financial officer.
The San Diego-based company, which is developing treatments for opioid overdoses and substance-use disorder, said Cohen joins the company from CFOX Consulting, a CFO advising consulting firm. He previously served as CFO of Newtek Business Services.
Cohen succeeds current Chief Operating Officer and President David Marguglio, who has been serving as interim CFO.
The company also appointed John Dorbin as general counsel corporate secretary.
