Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. said Thursday that it has agreed to combine Counter Logic Gaming with the gaming and entertainment company NRG.
The sports holding company, which acquired a controlling stake in the e-sports organization CLG in 2017, will now own a noncontrolling equity interest in the combined company.
