Shares of Five Point Holdings rose after the company named Kim Tobler chief financial officer.
The stock was up 14% to $3.53 in after-hours trading after rising 1% at Friday’s close. Shares are up 33% this year.
The Irvine, Calif.-based owner and developer of planned communities said Tobler has served as vice president for treasury and tax since 2016. He also has held roles at Ernst & Young and the Irvine Co.
