Paccar on Tuesday declared an extra cash dividend of $3.20 a share alongside its regular quarterly cash dividend.
The maker of Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks said that the extra dividend would be paid on Jan. 4, 2024, to shareholders of record as of close of business on Dec. 15, 2023. The company previously paid an extra dividend of $2.80 a share in January 2023.
Paccar’s regular dividend of 27 cents a share, meanwhile, is expected to be paid March 6, 2024, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 15.
