The transportation and logistics company Radiant Logistics said on Monday it acquired the operations of privately-held Daleray.
Daleray had, since 2014, operated under Radiant’s Distribution By Air brand. Daleray offers domestic and international freight forwarding services, Radiant said.
Radiant said the transaction is structured in a manner similar to previous transactions, “with a portion of the expected purchase price payable in subsequent periods based on the future performance of the acquired operations.”
Following the close of the deal, Daleray will operate as Radiant Global Logistics and anchor Radiant’s cruise logistics service offerings in South Florida.
