SoftwareOne Holding AG said Tuesday that Brian Duffy, who previously headed SAP SE’s cloud-computing division, will replace Dieter Schlosser as its chief executive.
Mr. Duffy will start in May, the Swiss software company said.
Mr. Schlosser stepped down after more than 10 years with the company, having started as chief operating officer before becoming chief executive in 2019, SoftwareOne said. During his tenure, Mr. Schlosser oversaw the company’s initial public offering in October 2019.
