Sony Interactive Entertainment’s CEO Ryan to Retire

Sony Group said Jim Ryan, the president and chief executive of Sony Interactive Entertainment, is retiring in March after almost thirty years of work at the PlayStation business.

The Japanese electronics and entertainment company said the group’s president, finance chief and chief operating officer, Hiroki Totoki, will become interim CEO on April 1.

Totoki will also assume the role of chairman of Sony Interactive Entertainment to support Ryan in his transition, effective in October.
