St. Barbara on Monday said it expects both its Simberi and Touquoy gold-mining operations to be roughly cashflow neutral in fiscal 2024.

The company estimated its Simberi mine will produce between 60,000 troy ounces and 70,000 ounces of gold during the period at an all-in sustaining cost of between 2,750 Australian dollars (US$1,743) an ounce and A$3,050 an ounce.

St. Barbara said its Atlantic operations, which include the soon-to-close Touquoy operation, will produce about 6,000 ounces at a cost between A$3,100 an ounce and A$3,200 an ounce.
