TransCode Therapeutics said Michael Dudley, co-founder and chief executive, would retire, part of its restructuring intended to further reduce expenses and enable greater focus of company resources on a planned Phase 1 clinical trial for its lead therapeutic candidate, TTX-MC138. Shares rise 5.5% in after-market trading.
Rackspace Technology promoted its chief accounting officer to succeed its outgoing chief financial officer. Shares edge down 3.4% in post-market trading.
Williams-Sonoma said Marta Benson, chief executive of Pottery Barn Brands and a longtime executive at the specialty retailer, will retire in April. Shares tick down 1.2% in after-market trading.
