Texas Instruments Raises Quarterly Dividend to $1.30

Texas Instruments raised its quarterly dividend to $1.30 from $1.25, a 5% increase.

The Dallas-based chipmaker said that the dividend boost marked the company’s 20th consecutive year of raising dividends. It is payable Nov. 14 to shareholders of record Oct. 31.
